Monday, Feb. 28, 2011
Application & essay due in the IVCC Foundation Office by 4 p.m.
Also essay  must be emailed to donna_swiskoski@ivcc.edu

Dear Scholarship Applicant,

The scholarships listed in this booklet have been established through the generosity of various friends of Illinois Valley Community College including individuals, businesses and civic organizations.

Award amounts vary based upon available funds. The minimum award amount is $500.

Some of the scholarship include a contact name; these awards may require special application procedures. Please contact the name listed for direction.

Scholarship Eligibility:
** All applicants are required to file the 2011-2012 FAFSA, Free Application for Federal Student Aid, online by April 1, 2011 at www.fafsa.ed.gov

** All applicants are required to apply for admission to IVCC.

** Most scholarships are awarded on the assumption the recipient will be enrolled full-time (12-plus credit hours each semester), unless otherwise indicated.

Scholarship Notification: The IVCC Foundation will mail letters to all applicants regarding award decisions by the end of June 2011.
