Reservation for Annual Meeting & Luncheon
Monday, April 28, 2008 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM in C-316
Installation of newly elected WLO officers
and Initiation of Charter Members into
IVCC Zeta of Illinois Chapter of Delta Sigma Mu.

Advance reservations required.

Guests are welcome.

There is a $5.00 fee payable in advance * to help defray the cost of the luncheon. (Fee is waived for active WLO members who have earned 50> service credits during Fall and Spring semesters. If you qualify, you will receive a complimentary luncheon ticket from WLO.)

Complete this reservation and return it with your check for $5 per person payable to “IVCC” to Anna Marie Pietrolonardo, WLO faculty advisor, IVCC, 815 Orlando Smith Avenue, Oglesby, IL 61348. Reservations must be received by 5:00 pm, Monday, April 14, 2008. *

*Students who have Monday classes from 11 am to 12 noon and need to be on the "Please Excuse..." List to Faculty must complete their reservation by Thursday, April 10, 2008, so IVCC Faculty can be notified two weeks in advance of the event.
