Align Me With My Love

Beauty is God undressing.

Removed is the clothing that secures his piety.

Forgiving is the heart that swallows all our mistakes.

Beauty is God undressing.

Mourn is God undressing.

Untied are the laces which hold a child's dying mother.

Gaping is the hole in his sole, he let a man go astray.

Mourn is God undressing.

Pissed is God undressing.

Shoes calculated and rue are home for murderers and rapists.

Beneath his resting hand is where the liars lie.

Pissed is God undressing.

Hope is God undressing.

Dragging his heavy shirt over his massive shoulders,

he reveals a haven of simple complexities with a dare to the world

to someday wear the heavy shirt he so routinely tossed upon a chair.

Hope is God undressing.

Why is God undressing?

Undressing God is why.
