You will need STUDENT IDENTIFICATION

IVCC Student Photo ID photos are taken in the main lobby of IVCC. A schedule is posted in the lobby. Note: An IVCC Student Photo ID can be made without a photo upon request by calling 224-0558 but will necessitate another picture ID to confirm identity.

Tests are taken at: IVCC ASSESSMENT CENTER
Students will be required to show an IVCC Student Photo ID when using the IVCC Assessment Center services to take exams. Call the Assessment Center at 815-224-0552 to schedule an appointment to take your test.

Targeted Testing Dates

These are "suggested" test dates. If you have difficulty meeting these dates, contact your instructor.

Section 101

TEST #1: September 8 TEST #2: September 28

TEST #3: October 19 TEST #4: November 9
TEST #5: December 7

**This course is designed to be completed in one (1) semester (or one summer session if taken during the summer). Each test must be completed by the test date specified on the Orientation Sheet. If the test is not taken by that date, a grade of 0% will be received and CANNOT be made up. Follow all dates!! No exceptions!! You can take tests early!

DVD/Videotape Packets

A complete set of DVD’s or videos can be checked out at the start of the semester from Jacobs Library. A student ID is required. There is no cost to borrow the set. Sets must be returned at the end of the semester to avoid a $40.00 charge. The sets are no longer available through the bookstore or at local libraries.

Book Buyback Information

ü Textbooks may only be returned during buyback at the end of each term.

Fall 2009 Buyback will be December 10, 11, 12 and 14

Sept. 7 – College Closed - Labor Day

Oct. 9-12 – College Closed – Fall Break

Nov. 6 – Last Day for Withdrawal

Nov. 11 – College Closed – Veteran’s Day

Nov. 25-27 – College Closed - Thanksgiving

Dec. 15 – Session Ends
